Helios

Terms of use

Last updated September 17, 2026

Helios is a personal project offered free, by invitation, to a small group of athletes. By using it you agree to these terms. Your data is covered by the privacy policy.

Not medical advice

Helios and its coach give general training guidance based on the data you provide. They are not a doctor, physiotherapist, or certified coach, and nothing in Helios is medical advice. Talk to a medical professional before starting or changing a training program, especially if you have a health condition. Stop and get help if something feels wrong. You are responsible for how you train.

Your account

  • Keep your password and any tokens you create private. Don't share your account.
  • Connect only Strava, Oura, and health accounts that are yours, and use Helios only with data you have the right to use.
  • Don't try to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or probe it for weaknesses. If you find a security problem, please report it to privacy@helioscoach.com.

Third-party services

Strava, Oura, Apple Health, and Claude are separate services under their own terms. Helios isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any of them, and can't guarantee their availability or accuracy.

The service

Helios is provided as is, while in early access. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. Metrics and estimates, including FTP, training load, and forecasts, may be wrong. Invitations can be withdrawn, and accounts that break these terms can be suspended. You can leave at any time from Settings → Session → Delete account.

To the extent the law allows, Helios and the person who runs it are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes and contact

If these terms change materially, the date above is updated. Questions go to privacy@helioscoach.com.
