Common questions
- How do I connect Claude or ChatGPT? Step by step in the docs.
- My AI app says it can't reach Helios. Remove the connector, add it again with the same address, and sign in once more when asked. The docs list the address and what to expect.
- The coach doesn't seem to know me. Open Settings in Helios and check that your sessions are there and your profile is filled in. The coach reads what Helios holds.
- Can I get a copy of my data? Yes. Email us and we'll send it. See the privacy policy for what Helios stores.
- How do I delete my account? In Settings → Session → Delete account. It erases your account and its data.
- I think the coach gave bad advice. Tell us what was asked and what it said. Helios is not medical advice, and anything that worries you is for a clinician.
