Thirteen sports, one coach.

Everything you train lands on the same load picture and in front of the same coach: 478 workouts and 31 plans deep, every entry sourced. Below that, the sports we haven't built yet, and exactly what we'd build.

What Helios trains today

Depth is not uniform, and the pages say so. Cycling has power; running has pace; the rest are scored on effort, honestly, and on their own channel.

Not built yet. Here's the plan.

Adding a sport to Helios is a specific piece of work: a capability entry, a load method, provider mappings, and a session library transcribed from a research dossier. So rather than a vague “more sports coming”, here's the actual list for each.

Triathlon

Not built yet

Not a sport so much as a scheduling problem: three disciplines, one body, and a plan that has to reconcile them. All three disciplines now exist in Helios.

What we'd build
  • One combined load picture across swim, bike and run instead of three that don't know about each other
  • Brick sessions as a real session type, planned and scored as one piece of work
  • A race-week taper that understands it's tapering three disciplines at once
  • Per-discipline thresholds that update independently, because they do

Hiking

Not built yet

Long days on foot with real vertical are training, and they currently land as an unmapped activity with no load at all.

What we'd build
  • Load that accounts for elevation and pack weight, not just hours
  • A place in your week, so a big Saturday on the hill changes what Sunday looks like
  • Strava's hiking activity types mapped properly instead of falling through to Other

Skiing & ski touring

Not built yet

A ski-touring day can be the hardest session of the month. Helios should not be shrugging at it.

What we'd build
  • Touring and resort days treated as different work, because they are
  • Vertical-based load, so a day of laps reads honestly against your endurance training
  • Off-season and pre-season plans that build toward the winter rather than ignoring it

Yoga & mobility

Not built yet

The work that keeps the rest of it possible, and the easiest thing to drop when the plan is silent about it.

What we'd build
  • Mobility and recovery sessions that attach to a hard day without inflating your load
  • A cited library of routines aimed at the restrictions endurance and lifting actually create
  • Recognition in the weekly picture, so consistency here is visible instead of invisible

Nothing above exists yet. Which one gets built first is decided by how many people ask for it. That's what the buttons are for.
