The checklist comes with it.

T-7Bike service at least a week out — fresh chain and brake pads for the long descents. Not the day before.
T-7Gearing for the steepest grades: a compact chainset with an 11-32 or 11-34 cassette for 10%+ climbs.
T-3Pacing card: the climb list with a power cap for each one (no time above FTP before the final quarter).
T-3Fuel schedule matched to the feed-station kilometres; your target g/h on a timer.
T-2Carb-load 10–12 g/kg/day for 36–48 h.
T-1Openers (R2). Tyres 28–32 mm at calculator pressure. Gilet or arm warmers for the high descents.
race morningBreakfast 1–4 g/kg carbohydrate 2–3 h before; start-pen time; recce the first descent.
